The MEDIPACK Linear Vail Washing Machine is compact & versatile designed, which facilitates inline washing operation. The machine is built on rigid structure and enclosed with elegant matt finished SS body cover. Adequate design of washing sequence allows perfect Vail cleaning supported by three inbuilt water tanks and pumping system. This machine offers easy manual loading of Vail & Mechanically operated auto unloading system after washing.

Operation

Vials are easily loaded on the conveyor in feed end of the machine. This conveyor brings the Vials to the washing area in indexing motion. In this washing area, 2 outer, 10 inner water jet washes are performed in a sequence to ensure proper cleaning of Vials. During the washing cycle, to avoid the chances of Vail of being lifted due to water /air pressure, the supporting angles are provided on top of washing zone. These supporting angles don’t allow the Vials to get displaced during washing cycle. The Air jet cleaning can be provided as optional supply.

The cleaned Vials are brought to the discharge end. Here, Vials are picked up by mechanically operated Robotic Arms and placed on tray adjoined to turn table automatically. The Vials placed on tray, are pushed to Turn Table inlet through pneumatically operated Pusher plate continually. By this way, the washed Vials get collected in Turn Table and move for further operation.

All the mechanical drives are separated and isolated from the washing zone.
